Booking Policies Hair Services: For all hair services please come with hair prepped. this means your hair must be clean and blow dried before any hair service. 1.Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellations/Lateness Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee. And all deposits are non-refundable but will be moved to when you can come in with 48-hour notice or more. If you a running late there will be a 20-minute grace period. After this time your appointment will be cancelled. 2.Refund and Adjustment Policy Refunds or adjustments to your service are at our discretion and may only be considered if issues are reported within the 7-day period. We will evaluate the issue and may offer adjustments or partial refunds based on the condition of the extensions and adherence to the aftercare instructions provided. 3.Notification of Issues If you experience any issues with a service, you must notify us within 7 days. We are unable to honor any requests or complaints beyond this time frame. 4.Hair Quality We use high-quality hair extensions. However, the lifespan and performance of the extensions are influenced by individual factors such as natural hair type, scalp conditions, and overall maintenance. 5.Maintenance and Aftercare Proper maintenance is essential for all services. Failure to follow recommended aftercare practices, such as washing, moisturizing, and protecting the hair while sleeping, may reduce the longevity of the hair/style and is not the responsibility of the stylist. We only recommend Redken all soft shampoo & conditioner to maintain your hair extensions! Swimming is not recommended when wearing hair extensions. 6.Product Usage Any hair products recommended by our salon should be used to maintain the quality and longevity of the extensions. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of non-recommended products. Our recommendation is only Redken All soft shampoo & conditioner 7.Health and Hair Condition Please inform us of any scalp conditions, hair loss, or sensitivities prior to the service. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if such conditions are not disclosed. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
